Local refactoring does not delete selected characters when cursor is behind last character

      To reproduce:

      Select some characters of a local variable name so that the cursor is right behind the last character of the name.
      Start renaming symbol (on Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R).
      Pressing Delete doesn't do anything whereas pressing a character key works as expected.
