    Description

      Given data:
      Qt Creator 2.7.2
      MS Windows 7 SP1 Russian Localization

      Bug detected:
      When compiling the source program, detected errors are shown in window "Issues" in invalid locale

      {see picture below}

      .

      When trying restarting Qt Creator on English language:
      Tools -> Options... -> Environment -> General -> Language -> English
      but this has no effect on this bug solution.
