Description
The links in the Installer Welcome screen need updates:
- LGPL compliance & obligations should be LGPL v3 and GPL v3 obligations
- A new landing page for this is needed, but for now it can be https://www.qt.io/faq/
- A new bullet 'GPLv3 & LGPLv3 usage'
- SW development must comply with GPL & LGPL restrictions

- Software developed under GPL & LGPL license must not bee mixed with software, developed under Qt commercial license
