Provide Squish-enabled IFW

    Description

      We should allow end-users to test their installers with Squish.

      To use Sqish with an installer built with the IFW, the IFW has to be explicitly compiled with Squish support (ENABLE_SQUISH define). Anyhow, we do not provide precompiled versions of the IFW for this.

      Building (a version of) the IFW with the Squish hook would allow both internal (RTA) and external users to test their installers with Squish.
