Provide API to allow custom component checks to prevent installation

    Description

      Provide a function for each component to allows custom validity checks. For example one component may check if VirtualBox is installed but only if the actual component is going to be installed. If the check fails the function returns an error message which is then shown on the installation summary page and installation is prohibited.
