Description
In here it is done as the first step:
However, in GUI uninstallation case, uninstallationStarted signal is emitted first, which could be used to stop running processes with a control script and the uninstallation could succeed in that case. But this behavior in command line interface does not allow the same so I think it is a bug (ie mismatch in behavior between modes).
