Make IntroductionPage default selected option more dynamic

    • Qt6 Installer Sprint 5

      When starting MaintenanceTool, the default selected action on the "Setup - Qt" page is 'Remove all components'.

      Change the behavior so that "Remove all components" is the default option only when there are no valid repositories available, e.g. offline only installation. Otherwise the new default is "Add or remove components".
