UX: Installer and Maintenance tool windows need to have Minimum and Maximum sizes

    Description

      There needs to be a minimum and maximum size for the installer window. The design does not work if the screen can be enlarged or made smaller without restrictions.

      Once design is done, this needs to be tested on Mac, Windows, Linux
