There needs to be a minimum and maximum size for the installer window. The design does not work if the screen can be enlarged or made smaller without restrictions.

Once design is done, this needs to be tested on Mac, Windows, Linux

4.9 installer's login view breaks down if the user decreases its size sufficiently: 

• the row with e.g. forgot password-label clashes with the password-textfield.
• the telemetry tracking-request gets aggressively clipped.
• the telemetry tracking-radiobuttons are laid atop each other. 
• the lower telemetry tracking-radiobutton's label is clipped. 
• the empty space between the label row and the telemetry tracking-request remains unused.
