Qt Installer Sprint 108, Qt Installer Sprint 109
Description
Create a smoke test suite for Qt Online Installer, Interface Framework, and Maintenance tool. Can be named e.g. 'Online installer, IFW and MT smoke'. This smoke suite replaces the existing IFW smoke suite (see e.g. https://testrail.qt.io/index.php?/plans/view/583746).
