    Description

      1. Log in as a "Standard User", not an Administrator.
      2. Start installing a package of Creator, using defaults. I used http://qt-rnd.it.local/packages/qtcreator_jenkins/opensource/qtcreator/2013-11-12_40/qt-creator-windows-opensource-3.0.0-pre-rc.exe
The progress bar appears. At 1% an error message pops up: "Error: Operation SetPluginPathOnQtCore does not exist". Doesn't matter here, that's QTCREATORBUG-10752.
      3. Click "Ignore".
Next message box: "Error: Operation SetImportsPathOnQtCore does not exist" Doesn't matter here, that's QTCREATORBUG-10752.
      4. Click "Ignore".
The installer will proceed and then ask for admin privileges.
      5. Click "No".
You'll see the following error message:

This is wrong. On a Windows machine, there is no user named "root".
