Organize qmlbench into benchmarking infrastructure

    Description

      The first step is to get qmlbench running regularly on a Ubuntu desktop machine and posting results to a server that tracks it over time (separate issue).

      Once this is working we can get a dedicated machine for it and also consider adding other desktop platforms.

      Unfortunately, qmlbench does not give stable results on any embedded or mobile hardware we have tested, so we will have to be content with benchmark results from desktop platforms for this.
