Sanity bot does not run after I move the patch to a different branch

    Description

      Happened with these patches:

      They were initially submitted for the dev branch, but I later moved them to 5.12 using the Gerrit UI. Then, I got a +2 review but still couldn't stage the patches because the sanity bot hadn't re-issued its +1.
