Sanity-Review vote lost when change is moved to new destination branch

    Description

      When a change is moved to a new destination branch with Gerrits "Move Change" menu command, all review votes get lost.

      While it's probably good to remove code review votes on a branch change,
      the sanity review should not be affected from this. Or if it is, the
      sanity bot should probably be triggered again
