Add latest Windows 10 (21H1) to CI

    Description

      Latest version is 21H1. Let see if 21H2 will make to 6.3

      NOTE! Latest version needs to be parallel with older one until packaging site is ready to start using the latest windows version. This only concern packaging targets

       

      Include also MSVC 2022 preview version to this Tier1 image. Image will need to include also MSVC 2015 and 2019
