Cherry-pick status missing on TQtC LTS branch changes

      I thought it was because the Cherry-Pick Status was only displayed on the dev "mother" change, but while making screenshots for QTQAINFRA-7288, I found that it's displayed for all branches, but not LTS ones.

      Expected behaviour: The status is also displayed on LTS branches.
