Flickable no longer takes mouse scroll speed into account

      Setting maximumFlickVelocity and flickDeceleration did affect the mouse scroll speed prior to 6.6, right? I'm unable to find any other property to set. What I want it to have the same scroll speed as my browser has. Flicking speed when dragging via mouse still works as expected.
