Android: On emulator, OpenGL does not work

      If you make an x86 emulator for Android, you will have the option to use host GPU for OpenGL calls, which makes it possible to emulate a device with OpenGL ES 2 support.

      However, this means that we will get desktop GL, and the fragment shader compilation will error out with "Redefinition of macro highp".
