Can't enter custom proxy for Qt Account (offline installer)

    Description

      One right now cannot install an offline enterprise package in an environment that requires a custom proxy (username/password protected).

      The online installer shows the "Settings" button on the first page, which lets you configure the Proxy . The offline installer doesn't.
