      Now that Qt 5.3 seems to default to SSE2
      http://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/development/2013-November/014085.html
      then why not also replace the bundled libjpeg with optimized
      libjpeg-turbo ? http://libjpeg-turbo.virtualgl.org/
