When configuring with -qt-xkbcommon and -xkb-config-root, it will still try pkgconfig to detect xkbcommon

    Description

      When configuring with -qt-xkbcommon and -xcb-config-root, it will still try pkgconfig to detect xkbcommon. Although it does not need to find xkbcommon on the system as it is specified to use the Qt one. If it is not available then this can cause the configure to fail.
