Maintenance installer no longer works behind a proxy

      Ubuntu 17.10

      After the last upgrade to Qt 5.10 the maintenance installer stopped working behind a proxy even if it is configured to use system proxy.

      The only way to make it work is to call it from the command line with the –proxy option
