Build all qt5 repos with CMake targeting qemu configurations

Details

    Description

      Currently we only have build coverage for qtbase targeting armv7.

      We should extend that to all the other repos as well and enable test coverage.
      Probably add an arm64 configuration in the future as well (perhaps as a separate task).
