PrincipleMaterial's normalStrength is weird.

    Description

      Currently it is used to mix normalMap's value with previous normal value but the concept is littlebit wierd so for most cases, it is just used with 1.0 value by default.

      I would rather use it for glTF2's normalMap.scale.
