Batch rendering order flips when texture changes between atlas and non-atlas one

      Description

      This is similar to QTBUG-85965, but occurs by different condition.

      See the attached code and log. The fgImage node (order: 6) goes behind the bgImage node (order: 5) when the texture switched to ATLAS one.
      Maybe the ATLAS fgImage node would be inserted to wrong batch?
