Qt Creator 4.6.1 fails to deploy QNX application

When you re-open a project, Qt Creator is no longer able to deploy the Qt application to QNX targets.

1. Open the rasterwindow example (in an empty session).
2. Select the ARMv7, ARMv8 and x86 QNX targets.
3. Configure the project.
4. Run the application on a QNX ARMv7 target.
5. Close Qt Creator.
6. Open Qt Creator.
7. Right click the project.  Notice that Deploy is disabled.
8. Remove the rasterwindow executable from the target.
9. Rebuild rasterwindow.
10. Run rasterwindow.
11. Qt Creator complains that rasterwindow was not found because it fails to deploy it and there's no way to deploy it since Deploy is disabled.
