P3: Somewhat important when i do an interactive rebase (outside qtc) which modifies files i have currently open in qtc, i get a dialog asking me whether to reload the file, as expected. however, this happens with a certain delay even once qtc is focused. if during that period the file in question is modified (which happens when i hit the confirming <enter> too early), the dialog will still pop up, but the file will not be reloaded after confirmation.
