Split popup has wrong location in dual monitors

    Description

      Hi,

      I use 2 monitors, and when switched to Qt Cretor 4.13 today, "Split" popup appeared on the main monitor (over the Notepad++ on the image), while Qt Creator was running in the secondary one.

      This worked well on Qt Creator 4.11.1.
