Remove Android Manifest editor

    Description

      The Android Manifest editor in Qt Creator has multiple issues (linked to in this ticket), at worst it deletes and overwrites properties of the manifest. 

      To avoid developer confusion / disappointment on account of the editor's shortcomings the manifest editor as a whole shall be deleted.
