Make panels floatable

    • Linux but can be useful to other OS

      All panels are fixed (Application output, debug, compilation output, ...).
      Let them be detachable !
      With two monitors is can be useful and with a good window manager there is no problem to manage them ...
      The most annoying use case is when you are debugging, you can't view your code, the debug window, .. at the same time (or really small ones)
