Start using Ubuntu 18.04 in Qt6 Binary Packages

      Because e.g https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-88833 it has been agreed to start trying to compile Qt6 prebuilt binaries by using Ubuntu 18.04.

      First of all we needs to add that in Qt 6.1 and if there isn't several regression bring it also in Qt 6.0.x as well
