Description
This epic is a collection of tasks related to supporting Post Processing Effects in Runtime 2.0.
Note that some features (geometry shaders, DrawIndirectBuffer, perhaps DepthStencil) will almost certainly not be supported, which means there are some (1-2) .effect files in the library that will not work.
