Improve support for multiple monitors

    Description

      It would be nice to have an option to undock some windows like Help, All output windows and so on, because when you are working on multiple monitors then you would be able to put the Help window (that one which opens on F1 on the right) on another screen, or when using debugger mode with output pane there is really just 3 lines of code visible on 1280x800 so it would be nice to have debugging and/or output pane placed outside QtCreator window.
